Use during initial cleaning/prepping to keep the dirt particles suspended for easy removal. Saturate oil spots and cover with plastic for deep penetration before pressure washing to attack the stain. It is very important to remove grease and oil prior to coating with DIY Texture. One Gallon of DIY Degrease will treat 200-500 sf.
